Sagar & Gyaneshree Karahe

Sagar and Gyaneshree Karahe are a living bridge between Brazil and India — a couple who combine yoga, dance, music, and ancestral tradition in a unique cultural and spiritual experience.

Sagar is an authorized Ashtanga Yoga teacher from the traditional Mysore lineage, a tabla musician, and a descendant of an Indian family. His training integrates physical practice, Vedic philosophy, and spiritual tradition, transmitting yoga as it is lived in India, without filters or superficial adaptations.

Gyaneshree was born in India, holds a master's degree in classical Kathak dance, and has been a leading promoter of Indian culture in Brazil for over a decade. Her art has been presented on stages, in cultural centers, and at festivals, connecting mythology, rhythm, sacred gesture, and ancestral narrative in movement.

Together, Sagar and Gyaneshree create experiences that go beyond tourism: journeys of cultural, spiritual, and sensory immersion. Yoga at dawn, devotional music, ritual dance, ancient temples, traditional cuisine, and encounters with the vibrant India—the one that pulsates in the streets, in the rituals, and in the stories passed down from generation to generation.

Traveling with Sagar and Gyaneshree is like stepping past the tourist veil and entering the heart of India, guided by those who were born within this culture and have dedicated their lives to sharing it with the world.
