Cultivating Emotional Balance

The Cultivating Emotional Balance program was developed by Paul Ekman – a psychologist who for decades dedicated himself to the study of emotions – and Alan Wallace – a physicist and scholar of meditative traditions – as a result of a meeting of the Mind and Life Institute in March 2000, in which “Destructive Emotions” was discussed. The main intent of CEB is to provide resources for the participant to learn to cultivate increasing levels of emotional well-being.
