Engagement: the biggest challenge for organizations

Maintaining a high level of engagement both in times of economic crisis and in a hot market is a critical factor for business success. This is a competitive advantage that added to strategy, innovation, commitment capacity, motivation and the long-awaited engagement will not happen by chance. These are attributes that need to be refined, implemented from a speech strengthened by attitudes. It takes work, requires ethics, transparency and hard work.
