With our experience, within the possibilities in these countries, we quickly resolve any type of unforeseen event that may happen, as we can easily assist you with all the information and tips you need;
International arrivals and departures are made with all the assistance of our local partners in Delhi, who maintain contact by phone with the travel specialist or with Guilherme Samel, director of Chörten, who in this way accompany carefully arriving at the hotel;
Briefing: we will talk in person or by Meet about important practical travel tips in these countries, they will help a lot in the preparations, for example, from what to bring, how to arrive and how to travel. With our experience and experience of over 22 years in these countries, it is one of our many important responsibilities to help you to better understand the peculiarities of these cultures and, thus, make the most of your time and experiences on your trip;
Visits as mentioned in the travel program with the tickets included;
Local guides will accompany the group in visits to monuments and other tours in general (generally between 7 to 8 hours a day), except in a few regions that we talk about and believe that it will be more pleasant to visit without guides (explained in detail in the briefing as before if you are interested), or when mentioned accordingly in the travel program;
Land transport in the group's own vehicles with extra care as the number of seats used, no need to use seats when they are not reclining and luggage space a little larger than what is often offered in these countries;
Accommodation in double rooms at the hotels mentioned on the hosting page. Generally speaking, check-ins are at 14:12 and check-outs at XNUMX:XNUMX. Service Providers, Infrastructure and Local Cultures
We have extensive experience in operating travel in these regions of the world. We work with very good local partners within the possibilities of these countries. Still, it is important to keep in mind that the quality of local services and infrastructure (hotels, transport, food, etc) are not the same as in Brazil, Europe and North America. Most of the time they will surprise us very positively, for example, because of their human qualities and, sometimes, even the technical aspect of the service. But unforeseen and problems must happen. It is our job, responsibility and pleasure, for Chörten and our partners, to foresee them and, when necessary, take care to get around them as best as possible. So that, in this way, travellers have the most important responsibility: to enjoy the trip in the most peaceful, pleasant and profitable way possible. Part of this responsibility is to understand that we are traveling in these incredible countries and cultures, very different from ours in many aspects and that teach us so much.

For international airlines, it is the specific exchange rate for the purchase of international tickets, which usually has a value between the commercial dollar for sale and tourism, to be checked at the time of issuance.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation policies come into effect from the moment the deposit is paid, when we confirm the accommodation reservations, we issue air and train tickets in accordance with the necessary advance notice of each trip. These vary from service provider to service provider that we use on our trip (hotels, airlines, etc). In general, for cancellations up to 60 days before the start of the trip, payments are almost fully refunded, with small cancellation fees from local airlines, train tickets, hotels, local operators and banks. In general, from 45 days before the start of the trip, cancellation fees gradually increase, varying from service provider to service provider. Still, we will certainly do our best and talk to each service provider to see what we can get for reimbursement even after this date. With regard to airline tickets, each airline and fare has its own cancellation policy.
Payment
Land part, single room supplement (if any) and domestic air:
Advance payment at the time of registration;
50% of the ground part + domestic air when confirming hotel reservations and issuing tickets;
50% of the ground part + domestic air between 60 and 40 days before travel;
