The purpose of Espaço Lalita is to share knowledge that contributes to a more balanced, conscious, light, happy, and meaningful life.

 

Our foundation is the Vedic Tradition, with a focus on the Traditional Study of Vedānta.

 

We follow the Advaita Vedānta lineage of Saṅkarācārya and our beloved master Śrī Swāmi Dayānanda Sarasvati, to whom we honor, give thanks, and offer all the fruits.

 

Cecilia has been dedicated to studying the Vedic Tradition for 20 years.

He shares teachings on yoga, Vedanta, mantras, Sanskrit, and more.

 

He completed a residential course in Vedānta and Sanskrit at Swami Dayananda Ashram in 2023 and participated in the same course at Arsha Vidya Gurukulam (2019), in North and South India, for a total period of 3 and a half years.

He has been visiting sacred sites in northern and southern India since 2007.

 

It offers educational trips to India for those interested in deepening their understanding of Indian culture and the tradition of Vedic teachings.

 

Yoga teacher trained at the Isvara Institute in Campinas (2005).

 

She studied Indian cuisine with Ms. Bharati Lele in Pune (2008).

Graduated in Physical Education (UEL-2003).

Master's degree in Public Health (FCM/Unicamp-2013) with the thesis "Yoga and Health".

She worked as a researcher at LAPACIS/Unicamp (Laboratory of Alternative, Complementary and Integrative Practices in Health).
