It is important that we are close to each other. On this map (link here) we see a small street just to the right side of the lake. On this street we want to stay.
Look for apartments or rooms with good reviews. We initially suggest 4,5 points or more. If we find an option that looks interesting for less, let's look at it carefully together.
We consider 50 to 66 usd per day to be a good value. Feel free to choose a more comfortable or more economical option.

We didn't find an ideal hotel

We will suggest making two reservations that we will explain below
Current price with breakfast: 627 + 75 USD = 702 USD for two people, i.e. 356 USD per person in a double room or 590 + 71 USD = 661 USD per person in a single room

As we don't know the hotel, we based ourselves on the reviews available on the internet, we will suggest making two reservations as follows:
1st reservation from 5th to 8th January 2023 / 3 nights: 148 + 18 usd = 166 usd for 2 two people (with breakfast) or 138 + 17 usd = 155 usd for 1 person in a single room (with breakfast)
2st reservation from 8th to 17th January 2023 / 9 nights: 443 + 43 usd = 496 usd for 2 two people (with breakfast) or 415 + 50 usd = 465 usd for 1 person in a single room (with breakfast)
Therefore, if there is any unforeseen event, we can cancel the second reservation until January 6th, after visiting the hotel in person.

Period: 8 to 9 January 2023 / 1 night – we changed the day because there were no more rooms the day before (we will update the itinerary accordingly
There are 4 rooms available on Booking.com. What we have seen is that few rooms are available on the booking sites. When we reserve these rooms, they make a few more rooms available again.
Favor book with breakfast
Booking via Booking.com: hotel has requested payment in advance and their website does not accept international cards. So we were instructed to find a booking site where we can make payment. We test them all. Follow our suggestion step by step, by the Agoda: here

Period: 17th to 19th January 2023 / 2 nights to have the room available until the time of your suggested international flight in the early hours of the 18th to the 19th
