Username and Password

You will receive your username and password after you register (here). These will probably be the ones you send us when filling out your registration form. To find your username and password in your email, search your emails for "Follow the step a step" of your trip preparations that, at the top of these emails, we have your username and password to always remember them easily.

Whenever you log in again

Whenever you receive a link via Whatsapp or email about a subject located in a specific part of the page with the information we are talking about, if you log in again at that time, it is always a good idea to click on that link again. This way, we will be directed to that specific part of the page with the topic we are talking about. If we are already logged in, we will be directed to that specific part of the page automatically.
