The hybrid format we chose for logistics and travel organization, thus being the most economical way for our pilgrimage, in Nepal we will book our accommodation and domestic air travel online: each Traveller makes their own reservation as carefully explained below. Please let Guilherme know if he can help at the time of booking.

International Flights
For those who are going to do the main program and first extension to Dharamsala
(1) The two most important dates:
Arrival in Delhi: It is best to arrive in Delhi on 5 Nov 2023 in the morning
Departure from Delhi: the most comfortable departure, therefore with a room available until the time of departure to the airport, is in the early morning or morning of the day November 29 2023. If you happen to need to return earlier or prefer to enjoy it a little longer and return on the afternoon or evening of November 29th, let us know so we can talk.
(2) With these two dates in mind, we have the departure date from Guarulhos (GRU):
Departure from Guarulhos GRU: we normally leave Guarulhos GRU in the early hours of the day November 4 2023, that is, between the night of the 3rd and the beginning (dawn) of the 4th Nov.
Departure from Delhi: same date explained above
(3) If you will be flying from other cities and states:
Departure from your city: we normally fly on 3 Nov 2023 with good weather for connection in Guarulhos GRU. Sometimes (commonly) we need to change terminals. It is also never certain to know in advance whether we will be able to fully check-in in our city, sending our luggage to Delhi (without having to pick it up in Guarulhos and check-in again). It happens both ways with the same airlines and only at check-in will we know for sure.

Choosing return flights: Combination of flights departing from OF to 03:40 and arrives in CRANE to 16:50 (on the same day) with 1 Stopover, 21:40 p.m. duration is a very good (middle ground) option. Flight that also leaves DEL at 03:40 and arrives in CRANE to 09: 25 + 1 (+1 means the next day) with 1 Stopover, 38:15 p.m. duration is an option with the best values (approx. 600 BRL less) and long connection (you will arrive at 5:30 am in Doha and leave at the end of the day boarding at midnight), being able to go to the airport in Delhi with the transfer with more people than group (already included).

Qatar Airways lounge access: It can be good if you have a long connection. Lounges can have different duration limits (hours). We can look carefully together if interested. Value from 318 BRL per time.

For those flying from other cities within Brazil to Guarulhos GRU
Departure from Guarulhos GRU: see one day before the date highlighted above. As flights from Guarulhos GRU leave in the early hours of the morning (3:40 am), we fly to Guarulhos GRU from our cities (such as Porto Alegre, Curitiba, Belo Horizonte, Recife) the day before the day indicated above.
Departure from Delhi: we returned on the same date as the entire group, same flight, as highlighted above.
Connection times in Guarulhos GRU: on the way we suggest approx. between 5 and 6am connection (on combined flights on the same ticket) to avoid any problems with unforeseen events such as: delay in the flight from our city to Guarulhos, need to wait for your suitcase on the carousel in Guarulhos, and then possibly change terminal (approx. 20 to 30 min walking or approx. 20 by taxi), queue at Qatar (it can be huge... and slow... we recommend arriving well in advance) to then check-in and then proceed to the boarding gate (with an x-ray queue and immigration on the route). on the way back it may be a little less, but we also don't suggest much less, because on the one hand, if you don't have time to catch the flight from Guarulho to your city, the airline can fit in subsequent flights (on combined flights on the same ticket), on the other hand, On the other hand, we will certainly have to go through immigration, wait for our luggage on the conveyor belt, possibly have to change terminals (explained above), check in our luggage and then proceed to the boarding gate. Between 4 and 5am We believe it is a reasonable amount of time.
Flights within Brazil purchased together with Qatar flights (married flights purchased on the same ticket): advantages and disadvantages explained in the last video recording. The main advantages: if one of the first flights is delayed, the airlines reschedule their next flights. The bag limit (quantity and weight) is maintained on flights within Brazil in accordance with the limit for international flights. Sometimes we find these matched flights on the international airline's website. Sometimes it works well to call the airline. They make the reservation over the phone, send it by email and from that email we pay through the Cia Aérea website. Remembering that the Brazilian airlines with which international airlines (such as Qatar) work can vary daily. So, if you plan to fly within Brazil with another person, it might be a good idea to buy these tickets at around the same time.
Flights within Brazil purchased separately from Qatar flights: advantages and disadvantages explained in the last video recording and in the paragraph above. Connection time in Guarulhos, especially on the way out, we suggest it is longer. There are those who prefer to go to Guarulhos early and stay in a hotel close to the airport with transfer included so they can lie down during the day and take a shower before returning to the airport. We found these hotels through Booking.com, some with day use rates. We can see together.
